DEADLOCK
Synopsis
Den tidligere soldat Mack er efter krigen flyttet til en by med et vandkraftværk, hvor næsten alle arbejder. Han lever et fredeligt liv der, indtil et slæng af lejesoldater anført af Ron (Bruce Willis) stormer værket og tager alle som gidsler inklusive en flok børn på skoleudflugt. Nu må Mack kæmpe mod tiden og bruge sin militærtræning til at besejre Ron, inden han udløser en destruktiv flodbølge mod byen. Undervejs opdager han Rons motiv, hvilket afslører en stor hemmelighed, som Macks by skjuler.
